take me back

12:45am. I’m starving. It’s late though and so I convince myself to behave. As I’m scrolling through I pictures, I come across some of the delicious foods I’ve had over the past year. Last year, I set a goal to take 5 trips—they didn’t have have to be major or super fancy, I just wanted more than my usual work, school and church routine.  Part of what made my trips to Ghana after 16 years, Grand Cayman and Orlando memorable were the food. So, excuse me while I reminisce at 12:49am what I can’t have. These are a few of the favorite foods I’ve enjoyed over the past year.
